I visited Zaxby’s recently and overall had a decent experience. The restaurant was very clean, including the restroom, which smelled fresh and was well-maintained — that’s always a plus! The atmosphere was nice, and the service was okay, not the fastest but friendly enough. The prices were fair, nothing too expensive. As for the food, it was a mix of hits and misses. The chicken tenders were fresh and tasty, definitely the best thing on the menu. The wings, however, didn’t feel fresh — they seemed like they’d been sitting a while, and I wouldn’t order them again. The French fries were good, but the portion size was really small. The signature sandwich was a bit of a letdown — just a few pieces of pickle and the chicken itself didn’t have much flavor.

We came in with a very large group, and Zaxby’s went above and beyond to accommodate us. The staff was incredibly patient, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent—as always—but the service truly stood out. Manager Wade personally came out to check on us and make sure everything was served properly and to our satisfaction. That kind of care and attention really made a difference. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the top-notch service!
